How booking works

Instant Book

Listings with Instant Book are confirmed immediately and your card is charged.

Request to book

The host has 24 hours to accept. Your card is authorised but not charged until they do; if they decline or don't respond, the authorisation is released.

Holds

When you start checkout we hold the dates for 15 minutes so nobody else can book them while you pay.
