Cancellations and refunds

Every listing shows its cancellation policy before you book. Refunds are calculated automatically from the policy, how far ahead you cancel and what you paid. Cleaning fees are always refunded if you cancel before check-in. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and check-in is at least 14 days away, you get a full refund.
